I'm still blown away with how fast this year is flying by!
I should maybe just stop thinking about it!
This weekend we spent most of our time at home, Friday we had a braai with our awesome neighbors.
Saturday morning I went with my sister and her future husband, mother and sister in law to go look for material for the wedding tables. I must say this is so exciting and I am extremely happy for my sister. She deserves all the happiness in the world!
The afternoon some of our friends came to us for yes you've guessed it, another braai! What? We're South African, we don't know any better. Kidding! :)
We had so much fun and I have not laughed that much in so long.
Dinner is served!
Yummy food!
And my latest obsession! (I think it's healthy)
Sunday all the interesting things happened. We were supposed to wake up early, well the alarm was set for 8am and it woke us op, for a while.....and finally we got out of bed at 10am. Well done to us!
Then the day started, we got ready, packed our golf bags in my teeny tiny car and off we went to go buy some golf clothes for me! And then we hit the driving range (after I took us on a long butt detour - oops) where I played with my new clubs for the first time! And this is where my post title comes from. I just realized once again I really do suck with balls! Haha
Out of the say 45balls I had to hit, I at least hit all of them, but proper shots? Hmmmm there was 10 of them, if it is that many. According to Cedric I did really well for a first timer. Let's just take his word on this! And seeing as I did so
It's so dry!
Cedric had a little supported on the course.
And look at this little guy that ran past us.
After the golf we were in the mood for Sushi again, but the sushi chef was not available, so we ended up trying the 2 different types of Seafood Pasta they have and wow it was really good!
P.S. - Fingers crossed for our home boy from Mossel Bay Louis Oosthuizen who is currently leading in the PGA tour!
