21 More days then we are staring Christmas in the face. Insane!
I was asked to review Senhor Calistos, a fast food outlet specialising in mouthwatering flame grilled chicken, seafood, pregos and burgers.
What they say:
We were welcomed by friendly faces and staff that were eager to assist us. With a wide variety of foods to choose from, I struggled a bit with making up my mind on what to order.
We ended up going with 1/4 chickens with pap (yes this is in fact my favorite starch of all time), gravy, spicy rice and a beef shuvarma.
We opted for take-away as we wanted to indulge the meal while in the comfort of our own home....and in front of the TV, seeing that it was a Sunday evening.
The food was really good, and for a fast food outlet, I take my hat off to them. With every bite you would hear Cedric and myself complimenting each bite and exquisite taste with a 'hmmm' or a 'oooh'. Then you must know!
The meals are also reasonably priced.
I would like to say thank you to the team (especially Vusi and John) of Senhor Calistos (on Grayston Drive) for their wonderful service and great food. Keep up the good work guys!
